個人背景 

我畢業於心理學系,擁有敏銳的洞察力與深厚的人文背景,這為我後續在金融教育與數位轉型領域的專業奠定了基礎。我喜歡挑戰新事物,善於學習並快速掌握新的技能與知識,並整合資源與推動創新。我的目標是成為能夠與企業一同成長的推動者,停滯不前的狀態使我無法滿足,因此我持續尋求成長與突破,為自己與公司創造價值。

Start from Financial Education and Project Management  

  在主管的支持與信任下,我在金融教育事務期間,嘗試了諸多內容,包含在直播教育不盛行的時候,提出直播式教學,建立金融教育網。儘管金融並非我的專業,但團隊合作與公司資源的幫助下,一步一步完成每一個任務。過程中,也遇過許多困難,包含暴增的工作量與大量新創事務,在日常工作之餘,我也不斷的透過線上課程、廠商交流等方式,提升自己。當然,也有不那麼成功的專案,例如AR遊戲。AR遊戲開發過程很順利,然而因APP建置的延遲,導致嫁接時因技術版本的不合而導致無法上APP,這個經驗也告訴我,一個好的產品不僅只是開發,而是能根據時空背景不斷迭代。

  由於過往的創新與金融教育,以及covid19的影響下,受主管推薦,我接下公司的CRM與Marketing,這也是公司第一次創立這樣的職務。又是一個嶄新的領域。剛開始我毫無頭緒,靠著網路上的資訊,拼湊出marketing的樣貌,並且學習到了許多martech的內容。這也是後續運營edm、app及建立商業dashboard時,我更關注個人化行銷。當然,我也透過GA4中的使用者行為,建議開課方向。


Life in Data and Tech

  這段期間,我發現了martech的浩瀚,以及audience analysis對企業的重要性,讓我更想朝這個方向前進。於是我加入了groupm,全球四大媒體集團。剛開始我是負責數據分析,負責分析受眾、網站以及製作商業視覺化報表,客戶跨級精品百貨、電子產業、酒類等等。期間,主管認為我更能結合分析與策略,為客戶提供解決方案,因此讓我開始跨function的工作內容,除了基本的分析之外,更多時間在提供全集團科技與數據策略、專案管理。

Personal Background 
  I graduated with a degree in Psychology, possessing keen insight and a strong humanities background, which laid the foundation for my work in financial education and digital transformation project. I enjoy new challenges, excel at learning and mastering new skills and knowledge quickly, and have a talent for resource integration and driving innovation. My goal is to become a key player of growth for businesses. Stagnation is not an option for me—I constantly seek growth and breakthroughs, creating value for both myself and the organization. 

What shape me 
  Start from Financial Education and Project Management 
   With the support and trust of my supervisor, I ventured into various aspects of financial education during my time working in this field. This included proposing live-streaming education when live broadcasts were not yet popular and establishing a financial education website. Although finance is not my area of expertise, through teamwork and the assistance of company resources, I was able to complete each task step by step. Throughout the process, I encountered numerous challenges, including an overwhelming increase in workload and the vast number of new initiatives. In addition to my daily tasks, I continuously sought to improve myself through online courses, vendor interactions, etc. Of course, there were also less successful projects, such as the AR game. While the development of the AR game went smoothly, delays in the app development caused issues during integration due to incompatibility between the technical versions, which prevented it from being launched on the app. This experience taught me that a good product is not just about development but also about continuous improvement. 

  Transfer to Digital Marketing and CRM Service 
   Due to my past experience in innovation and financial education, coupled with the impact of COVID-19, I was recommended by my supervisor to take on the role of CRM and Marketing, a position that had never existed in the company before. This was another entirely new field for me. At the beginning, I had no idea where to start, but I pieced together my understanding of marketing through online information and learned about Martech. This knowledge became especially useful when I later worked on running EDM campaigns, manage the app, and building commercial dashboards, where I paid more attention to personalized marketing. Of course, I also utilized user behavior data from GA4 to provide recommendations on course direction. 

  Life in Data and Tech 
   During this period, I discovered the vastness of Martech and the importance of audience analysis for businesses, which made me more eager to pursue this direction. As a result, I joined GroupM, one of the world's top four media groups. Initially, I was responsible for data analysis, including audience and website analysis, as well as creating business visualization reports for clients across various industries, such as luxury, computer industry, alcohol, and so on. During this time, my manager recognized that I was more capable of combining analysis with strategy to provide solutions for clients. This led to a shift in my role, where I began working across functions. In addition to basic analysis, I spent more time offering technology and data consulting services to clients across the group specially focus on 1st party data solution.
