我是陳姵錚Kate,個性活潑、積極,樂於接受新挑戰,具備創意思維與問題解決能力。擁有 11年行銷與業務經驗,專長於整合行銷、專案統籌、跨部門協作,具備從 0 到 1 解決問題的執行力。我喜歡關注市場動態、分析競品商業策略,並運用數據與行銷手法,為公司打造競爭優勢。
目前任職於 前三大資訊產品代理商 的行銷部門,負責 代理產品的行銷推廣與品牌曝光,涉足多元產業,包括 3C、軟體、家電、遊戲、保養保健。不論 B2B 或 B2C,我都會根據產品特性,與 PM 團隊合作制定銷售策略。
在 2022 年,公司推出 儲能產品,我提出透過 群眾募資 來提升產品曝光度。由於內部對募資毫無經驗,我主動擔任專案 PM,整合內外部資源,從 平台洽談、內容製作、KOL 合作、廣告投放、專案執行到成果追蹤,最終達成 超過公司預期的千萬業績。
此外,我積極參與公司 新創保健品牌的建立,從 行銷、業務、電商、公關、直播、客服 全方位參與,成功在第二年達成千萬業績,會員數從 0 成長至 5000 人。

I am Kate , an energetic and proactive marketing professional with a strong passion for innovation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. With 11 years of experience in marketing and sales, I specialize in integrated marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy analyzing market trends, studying competitor strategies, and leveraging data-driven marketing techniques to help businesses build competitive advantages.
Currently, I work in the marketing department of one of the top three IT product distributors, leading marketing strategies and brand exposure for various agency products. My experience spans across 3C, software, home appliances, gaming, and health & wellness industries. Whether in B2B or B2C, I develop customized sales strategies in collaboration with PM teams based on product characteristics.
In 2022, my company launched a new energy storage product, and I proposed a crowdfunding campaign to maximize exposure. Since the team had no prior experience in crowdfunding, I took the initiative as the project PM, coordinating all aspects from platform negotiations, content creation, KOL partnerships, advertising execution, and performance tracking. This project successfully exceeded the company’s expectations, generating over NT$10 million in sales.
Furthermore, I played a key role in building a new health supplement brand from scratch. My responsibilities covered marketing, sales, e-commerce, public relations, live streaming, and customer service. Through strategic efforts, we grew the membership base from 0 to 5,000 and achieved over NT$10 million in revenue within the second year.
