• At Kinpo Electronics, I serve as the Materials Coordinator for the U.S.-based Lexmark and Mexico-based Friedrich customer projects, managing operations for the Mexico and China manufacturing sites. My role involves facilitating communication between sites and aligning with customer requirements, ensuring the execution and planning of all material-related supply chain processes. The annual revenue for these projects is approximately $40 million, with an average inventory turnover of 30 days in 2024.
• Managed the sale of excess and obsolete materials at SHINEX Electronics, generating approximately NT$20 million in revenue. This initiative freed up 40 ping (approximately 132 square meters) of warehouse space and reduced inventory turnover days by about 50 days. 
• Revised the Tier-2 warehouse management procedures for IATF 16949 compliance at SHINEX Electronics and established Tier-3 operational standards for handling excess and obsolete materials.
• Managed the sale of excess and obsolete materials at TPK Taiwan, reducing inventory from NT$65 million to NT$6 million, successfully clearing nearly 90% of stagnant stock
• Led strategic procurement of advanced nanometer silver process laboratory equipment at TPK Taiwan, achieving an average cost reduction of 20%
• Led strategic procurement of equipment at TPK Xiamen, achieving an average cost reduction of 15% in 2015 and successfully developing various new suppliers.
• "Served as the Materials Section Manager at TPK Pingtan, maintaining a flawless record with no supply chain disruptions for one year. Achieved 100% inventory accuracy and a 95% on-time delivery rate
• Completed data integration testing and process development for SAP, WMS, MES, and PLM systems at TPK Pingtan.
• "Led import operations as the Supply Chain Management DRI for the TPK Pingtan 5.5G production line project, with a budget of RMB 3 billion. Successfully imported 650 containers of various equipment within 2.5 months and achieved mass production targets within one year.
• Served as the Materials Coordinator for HP printer dual-model mass production projects at Kinpo Electronics, with the primary manufacturing base in Chang'an, Dongguan, China.

• Established and implemented the resale process for excess and obsolete materials at TPK Taiwan
• Served as the procurement lead for TPK Taiwan, overseeing the optimization of the SAP outsourced order module for the Automation Equipment Center and the PP module for warehouse accounting.
• Served as the DRI for planning the inspection and quarantine delegation visit of the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, coordinating with Taiwan's touch panel industry and government agencies.
• Managed the pre-closure equipment customs clearance process for the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone, coordinating with the General Administration of Customs and its subordinate units to handle various container transportation and clearance operations.
• Served as the import/export DRI for the Supply Chain Management Department during the establishment of TPK's 5.5G production line in Pingtan. Successfully imported 650 containers of various equipment within 2.5 months and achieved mass production targets within one year.
• Served as the execution lead for the BPR project (Business Process Re-engineering) in the CP Business Unit at Kinpo Electronics, responsible for improving and implementing supply chain management processes at the Chang'an, Dongguan facility in China.
