[ Job Description ]

1. eSports Operations: Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the eSports; coordinating the work of various departments to ensure smooth eSports tournaments progress; supervising budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
2. eSports Execution: Ensuring that the eSports tournaments adheres to rules and fair competition; handling disputes and issues; monitoring the competition process to ensure that participants comply with regulations.
3. eSports Marketing: Responsible for promoting the eSports adheres , developing marketing plans, and regularly publishing content to attract audiences. Actively engaging with fans to enhance their participation. Additionally, this includes planning offline activities, data analysis and evaluation, as well as team management.
4. eSports Promotional Video Director: Responsible for the creative conception and scriptwriting of promotional videos, guiding the filming team to ensure the shooting process aligns with creative ideas and capturing key moments and scenes. Furthermore, overseeing the final product to ensure it meets high-quality standards and developing a release plan to promote the video across major platforms.

[ Results ]

1. As the marketing Manager for the Arena of Valor international tournaments in 2023-2024, marketing data consistently reached new highs, with the highest campaign achieving a total impression of 53,413,639 and total engagement of 1,230,878, marking the best marketing results in the history of Arena of Valor international tournaments.
2. Awarded Best Employee Representative by Garena in 2022 (2022 Garena "Good Game, Well Played" Award).
3. The  Arena of Valor Campus Series League in 2021 successfully gained recognition from the Ministry of Education. Through long-term planning and a partner-oriented perspective, it overcame COVID19 challenges to become the largest and most-watched campus tournament in Taiwan, effectively enhancing the game's influence on campuses and nurturing new talent for the GCS professional league.
4. From 2019 to 2022, the number of teams registering for the Arena of Valor Campus Cup repeatedly hit new highs, reaching a maximum of 1,932 teams, the highest registration number before 2024.
5. In 2022, the number of participants registering for the Arena of Valor City Tournament reached a record high of 4,280 players, the highest registration number before 2023. (Registration for the 2024 City Tournament is still ongoing.)

2. 2022年にGarenaより最優秀従業員代表（2022 Garena「Good Game, Well Played」賞）を受賞。
