• Independently led a new project targeting the Asian market, designing and implementing a multilingual platform with integrated cryptocurrency support.
• Upgraded project framework by successfully migrating from Angular 8 to Angular 16, ensuring compatibility, improved performance, and access to the latest features and best practices. This migration resulted in a 50% reduction in the core bundle size and decreased compilation time by average 80%.

Capstone Project of Institute for Information Industry (III) Course

• I served as the team leader in a specialized project at the Institute for Information Industry (III). I led team members in developing a cinema website using Java, which included: 
•  A ticket booking system 
•  A WebSocket-based seat-locking feature
•  A back-end CMS management system 
•  Daily settlement and theater status update scheduling tasks
• We adopted a traditional MVC architecture, utilizing Server-Side Rendering (JSP) and JDBC for database connectivity.
• We participated in the full software development lifecycle from 0 to 1, which included brainstorming project themes, analyzing requirements from real-world application perspectives, and designing the system architecture. We also created the database schema, prioritized essential features based on our limited timeline, and delivered a successful demonstration.  
• This achievement was made possible thanks to the dedication and relentless effort of my teammates, and it resulted in notable success during the project presentation.
