Stanley Vashovsky – Innovating Healthcare Delivery Solutions

  New York, United States

Stanley “Stan” Vashovsky has more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience guiding innovative ventures that have created more efficient, effective approaches to healthcare delivery. As cofounder of DocGo, Stanley Vashovsky grew a company that was originally launched in 2016 as Ambulnz, a provider of technology-driven medical transportation solutions. The company developed proprietary technology which it combined with a large team of skilled clinicians to deliver cost-effective population health programs for government agencies, efficient medical transportation solutions for hospitals, and mobile health care for their insurance payer partners.

Stan Vashovsky established his first healthcare technology company, Medcare, at age 19. As the 1990s progressed, he grew the firm into a provider of leading-edge software and medical equipment solutions to clients nationwide. When Philips Healthcare acquired the platform in 2001, Stan Vashovsky managed the technology integration process and stayed on board for seven years as Vice President of Innovations. As one of the youngest vice presidents in the company's history, he spearheaded many of Philips Healthcare's technology initiatives.

Stanley Vashovsky was subsequently recruited to join a struggling public health care software enterprise Health Systems Solutions, where he executed a turnaround that involved buying out major shareholders and taking the company private. He oversaw a successful exit in 2015, with a private equity firm ultimately purchasing the company.
