The objective is to increase the visitation rate of the Zhinangong Hiking Trail among NCCU students, and I am responsible for market research, data analysis, and strategy development

  • Used hypothesis thinking to identify the owner’s pain points. Collected information through surveys, and validated the hypotheses of "low awareness" and "low intention to visit" through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Conducted logical analysis of the target audience using market research results to understand their views on the trail and their lifestyle habits

Responsibilities included market competition analysis, consumer research, and Persona development, as well as proposal ideation and cost-effectiveness evaluation

  • Through competition analysis, I discovered that REN has advantages in offering a wide range of wire-free bras, excellent online sales services, and affordable pricing. Combining this with research on the social roles of Japanese women, I identified the target audience as budget-conscious office workers who value quality of life and are independent
  • To align with the brand's philosophy and address the needs of the target audience, we planned to collaborate with the solo travel platform NomadHer to launch a female empowerment travel itinerary. During the trip, REN’s products were distributed for participants to experience
