Recognizing the potential for growth in the domain name industry, Kalfayan entered the market as a broker, buying and selling domain names to interested buyers. He joined the Internet Commerce Association in 2016 and has been a member since then. Kalfayan's expertise and experience have helped businesses acquire URLs that accurately describe their brand while appealing to potential customers. Kalfayan's love for travel and adventure has taken him to over 75 countries worldwide, where he has visited many of the world's top restaurants, sampling various cuisines. In 2017, Kalfayan moved from Canada to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, where he set up K-Ventures FZE LLC and still works as the company's CEO, handling deals with clients worldwide.
