Licks Homemade Ice Cream Cafe, where I directed staff, maintained quality standards, and built sales forecasts, and labor schedules. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration, as well as a certification in Giving Your Elevator Pitch. I am skilled in new business development, marketing communications, and social networking.
