Responsible for post-merger integration (PMI) of acquired companies, as well as the development of new investment opportunities and additional investments in existing portfolio companies. Closed three new investments in Vietnam, two additional investments in existing portfolio companies, and one investment in Indonesia.

Responsible for investment and acquisition activities for startups in Southeast Asia. Provided support for investments in Southeast Asian countries, including an investment in a Vietnamese company and an acquisition of a Vietnamese company.

I'm in charge of the National Clients and SMB clients which are planning to hire newgaraduates in Japan. I proposed the total solution of whole hiring process like Survey, Requirement definition, Recruitment Marketing, Selection Process, Training and Reviewing. I got the Mynavi silver award in 2019.
