Ensured all systems functioned correctly before release to Indomaret stores.
  • Managed issues related to non-cash payments through E-Wallet/Mobile Payment systems at all Indomaret stores, including troubleshooting cash-in, purchase, and cash-out transactions.
  • Performed integration testing on cardless withdrawal transactions (Indomaret as a merchant) via partner mobile banking apps, including API testing for withdrawal and reversal services with Go Mobile Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, BNI Mobile, etc.
  • Addressed issues related to cardless withdrawal transactions at all Indomaret stores, ensuring smooth and accurate operations.
  • Executed System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with banks, principals, or other companies before launching transactions across Indomaret stores. Coordinated with technical teams from these entities to ensure seamless integration.
  • Tested and validated new features on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and coordinated with vendors such as Wirecard and BCA to ensure proper functionality.
