Yitzy Rosengarten

Yitzy Rosengarten is a prominent American landscape painter. This painter was born in New York on February 22, 1971.

Rosengarten was a draftsman at the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City while still in primary school. There he discovered his passion for drawing.

In 1989, Rosengarten obtained a scholarship to enter the prestigious the Institute of Fine Arts of New York University. There he mastered the technique of landscape painting. In 1994 he graduated and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from this university.

Yitzy Rosengarten captured the American geography, with a marked romantic accent in his later years, making his landscape paintings the symbol of national identity. Likewise, Yitzy Rosengarten is an exceptional draftsman, with a refined technique, a very precise line and a refined coloring. Therefore, all of his artistic virtues are beautifully reflected in the monumental visions of the Hudson River, where he presented in a naturalistic and at the same time poetic way its beauty.
