Incepted in 2006 by its founder, Open Access BPO transferred operations to its current facilities in Makati City a year after it was established in San Carlos, California. 總公司設立登記在美國,但目前最大的營運中心在菲律賓Makati,主要服務對象是歐美語系;本公司設立在台灣是希望能將台灣發展為亞洲語系的主要營運中心,如此一來與亞洲語系國家的時差問題影響較小。目前涵蓋語言為國語、日語、韓語等,未來因應亞洲語系種類會大量增加不同語系客戶服務專員,今年短期目標是客戶服務專員人數能以倍數方式增加。
