About the Role AIFIAN is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our mission to innovate and streamline real-world asset investment globally. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in every stage of product development—from brainstorming the next big idea to collaborating with engineering and product management teams to bring it to life. We’re looking for a designer who thrives on learning and is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences. You excel at translating abstract concepts into tangible deliverables such as complex workflows, wireframes, user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes. With a deep understanding of the latest web and mobile app technologies, you approach design with a user-centered mindset, always considering the impact on functionality and usability. You are detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical teams, adept at leveraging data to inform decisions, and thrive in fast-paced environments. What You'll Do Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Own the design process for a product area, managing end-to-end design for key features to ensure they meet both user needs and business objectives. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and deliver seamless user experiences. Develop user-centered designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback, user research, and technical opportunities or constraints. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to align design strategies with business goals. Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders, building consensus and inspiring confidence in your vision. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance product design and user experience.

【Responsibilities】 1. Build Features from Concept to Production Drive feature development end to end, starting from clear interface and data contracts. Translate product requirements into well-structured frontend flows, backend logic, and reliable data models. Apply AI-assisted development tools to speed up implementation while keeping the codebase readable and consistent. 2. Explore Problems, Validate Quickly Work closely with PMs and stakeholders to understand real operational challenges in QSR environments. Turn rough ideas into working prototypes to test assumptions early and inform product direction. Use AI thoughtfully—whether to accelerate development or to support product features—only when it clearly improves outcomes for users or operations. 3. Ship with Stability in Mind Take responsibility for the quality and robustness of the features you deliver. Design safeguards such as validation logic, monitoring, and error handling to ensure predictable behavior in production. Continuously refine systems to remain dependable, secure, and maintainable as usage grows and edge cases emerge.

Our frontend team is the core force behind this goal, responsible for building high-quality user interfaces across our news, video content, e-commerce, and membership systems (such as Shi Shang Wan Jia and Woman Queen). We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who not only masters the React ecosystem but also leverages the Next.js framework to meet the stringent demands of high-traffic websites for SEO and performance (Core Web Vitals). In this role, you will be more than just a developer; you will be a driver of frontend architecture, a guardian of performance optimization, and a mentor guiding the team's technical growth. Key Responsibilities Frontend Architecture Leadership: Lead the selection, design, and implementation of frontend architecture for core product lines.
